Dordogne Holiday Properties has been successfully renting holiday homes on behalf of owners for around fourteen years. Our success is due to our prime positions in Google and other search engines. Using relevant key word searches, DHP is found on no less than fifty-six page one positions.

Because we specialise in Dordogne properties, your potential guest does not have to click through country, region, area etc making your property so much easier to find than on big "catch all" sites. We have designed our site to be easy for you and easy for the holiday home surfer.

Here's how you can gain more bookings for your holiday home:-

Upload details of your property onto the DHP website and advertise for just 99€ a year. All enquiries will be automatically forwarded to your e-mail or personal website address allowing you to manage bookings from customers yourself. We call this our "direct" booking service.

If you have more than one property, the cost for advertising the first one is 99€ and subsequent properties are only 30€ each.

Alternatively, if you would like us to manage the whole rental procedure for you, choose our "hosted" booking service. We will answer all enquiries and manage sales, bookings, calendars, contracts, deposit payments etc on your behalf. For this service we charge 15% commission on the rentals we take for you. Advertising on our website is free.
