Château Le But is an exceptional property dating from the 11th century and is set in a private estate of several hectares of woodland and meadows. The château has been fully renovated to its original splendor with traditional and local materials. The independent tower and adjoining quarters have also been fully restored in the same style and care to create a warm and characteristic holiday home for all guests.

The annexe is accessed by a private road leading to the south-facing terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue area. The tennis court is to be found in front of the château and the private swimming pool is set in front of the sun terrace. The pool may be flood lit at night allowing for evening barbecues on the terrace followed by a delightful midnight swim.

The four stylish bedrooms comfortably cater for up to 8-9 persons - One double bedroom with a cot is located downstairs and the three further bedrooms are located upstairs ; two double rooms (in one double room you will find an extra single bed) and one twin room. You will have and ensuite bathroom in each double bedroom upstairs.

The spacious living room, is comfortably and prettily furnished. There is an open fireplace for the occasional evening ‘flambé’ and all comforts have been taken into account. Guests may enjoy the satellite television, video recorder and a mini hi-fi (CD, radio, cassette). You also have the possibility to see your emails in the owner's office upon request.

The spacious kitchen and dining room is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob top, microwave, washing machine/tumble dryer and all imaginable necessities.

There is a charming bathroom with a shower set on the ground floor in the tower (accessed via several steps) and one separate toilet.

Care and attention has been taken throughout the property to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The furnishings throughout the annexe are all of high quality and there is a lovely combination of old and new. The comforts of modern facilities next to antiques and traditional architecture, create a unique and special atmosphere at Château le But.
