Walnut House was architecturally designed to specification by the Owners in 2003. It has been designed by a local Architect using local Artisans.
Walnut House is a magnificent family home with stunning and far reaching views. A fantastic feature of the house is that it boasts a covered terrace at the rear which runs the width of the property and overlooks the pool. This is ideal for families seeking peace, luxury and total relaxation.
Walnut House has been specially designed and built by the owners to capture maximum sunshine all day. In the morning the sun is at the front of Walnut House, whilst at the end of the day the sun sets onto the covered dining terrace and pool area.
The house is accessed by a small private road. It is conveniently placed, only 1 km from the heart of Montignac.
Inside Walnut House, the back is open plan and looks out onto the pool and terrace. Beautiful hand carved oak beams are a feature of this open plan living. The ground floor has a handmade solid parquet chestnut floor laid throughout, giving a feeling of luxury, comfort, and warmth.
The first floor is laid with a solid poplar parquet floor throughout.
